The terms of the end user licence agreement, if any, that comes with or is included with the software, regulate how it is used (“License Agreement”). Any Software that is accompanied by or includes a License Agreement may not be installed by an End User unless the End User first accepts the terms of the License Agreement. You are granted a licence by the third parties who hold the scripts or code that is linked to or referenced from this website, not by CODER EDGE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED.

Only end users may download the Software and use it in accordance with the terms of the License Agreement. According to the Law of the Union of India, any reproduction or redistribution of the Software that does not follow the License Agreement is strictly forbidden by law and is subject to harsh civil and criminal consequences. Criminal prosecution will be pursued to the fullest extent.

However, the Communication Services hosted on the client’s hosting space are not subject to any kind of monitoring by CODER EDGE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED.

At all times, CODER EDGE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED retains the right to disclose any information of clients or customers as CODER EDGE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED may be required to do so by law, court order, or another governmental request, or in its sole discretion to discontinue agreement signed by both of the parties if found violating the law.
